REFUNDS
If you’ve reserved space but are unable to attend we’re happy to provide a full refund (minus a 10% admin/processing fee) up to 10 days out from Gearvana’s load in day. For 2025, this means that we need your request via email no later than midnight MT on September 8, 2025.

PRIVACY
We don’t keep, sell or in any way repurpose any of your information for any marketing or promitional partners. We will occasionally use the email address(es) provided to send you relevant event and logistical information.
