Let us do the selling for you, kid.
Turn that old gear into new. Let us sell it for you. The process is simple and the format is easy.
Bring your item(s) in during GearVana’s load-in windows. Those are Friday, September 25 from 10am-10pm or Saturday, September 26 from 7am-9am.
Fill out this simple intake form in advance or do it on site (we’ll have a QR code you can scan). The intake form asks you a bit about your item and a bit more about what you want to sell if for.
We’ll tag it, then do our best to sell it for you over the course of the weekend. Bring skis, boards, bikes, clothing or any sort of gear. It just needs to be clean, safe, and in good working order (we reserve the right to red-card anything sketchy).
GearVana receives a 5% commission plus any applicable merchant fees (2.9%). Payments for sold items are issued the Tuesday following the event.
Unsold items MUST be picked up by 7pm, Sunday, September 27, 2026.
Want to donate the proceeds from your consignement sale?
We accept items for donation. The proceeds benefit the Treetop Child Advocacy Center. This incredible organization does some of the most difficult work imaginable – they support victims of abuse and their families in Eagle, Summit and Lake Counties.
Like most mountain non-profits, they’re funding isn’t adequate for their mission. Every tiny bit helps. Thanks in advance for considering turning your gear into something vital and essential.
When you submit the consignment item intake form you’ll be given the option to donate the proceeds from your sale to them.
