- Booths are priced at $75 per 10×10. Booth fees capped at $500.
- 5% of gross sales for all individual items under $5k remitted to Gearvana at event close. Single-item sales $5k and up are subject to a flat (capped) fee of $250/item. Example; if you sell a rigged boat for $5,000, the commission to GV is $250. If you sell a slightly nicer boat (or an RV or a dirt bike) for $7500, the GV fee for the items tops out at $250 (per item).
- All booth reservation fees applied as credit towards final fee reconciliation (you get your $$$ back). Reconciliation takes place at event conclusion.
- Vendors use own POS.

The Eagle River Center is a large, enclosed dry space. Approximately half the building’s flooring area is tiled. The remainder is gated and fenced with a hard-packed dirt surface.
The building features lighting, heat and ample restroom facilities. It also has multiple overhead doors that allow easy load in and out.
Vendors may begin loading into their pre-designated areas beginning at 10am on Friday, September 19th, 2025.
VENUE INFORMATION
- Gearvana takes place at the Eagle River Center (ERC) within the the Eagle Fairgrounds. See below for map.
- The ERC offers 40,000 feet of enclosed and secure space.
- Indoor & outdoor space available with multiple sizes and configurations.
- Early registrants receive preferred placement within footprint.
VELOVANA & TEST TRACK
The Eagle River Center houses tons of space with hard flooring. It also features an indoor fenced and hard-packed dirt test ride area that will be staffed by Gearvana crew.
Just have a bike or three? Drop them off with us during load-in hours, FILL OUT THIS INFO FORM FOR EACH, and let OUR staff sell ’em for you. Then come pick up your winnings after the event.
ALL KIDS’ BIKES 24″ AND UNDER NOT SUBJECT TO EVENT FEES. That’s right – they’re free. You keep all the $$$. We DO ask that they be in good working order.
