Yes. Vendors handle all transactions themselves. This way we avoid complicated pricing and coding for individual items. And you get to negotiate as needed with buyers.

Probably safest to bring your own, but we’ve got a few dozen 8-footers we can loan out on a first-come-first-served basis.

We’ll have some, but to keep your inventory separate from others, bring your own if you have them.

Sort of? Space reservation is on a first-come, first-served basis. We’re placing reservations in queue and will allocate prime spaces in order of the reservation date.

Nope! You can drop bikes off during our load-in hours. Just fill out THIS SHORT FORM for each with details along with your selling parameters and our staff will handle the sales process for you. All non-cash sales by Gearvana staff are subject to a 2.9% credit card processing fee plus a 5% commission fee.

Yes. Mostly. Anything with a 24″ wheel or smaller is exempt from the Gearvana commission. Credit card sales are subject to a 2.9% commission fee however. Want to get ahead of the queue? FILL OUT THIS FORM FOR YOUR BIKE(S).

Also, all bikes dropped off for our staff to sell on your behalf must be in good working order. Unsold bikes or donations MUST be picked up by 7pm on Sunday, September 21. Abandoned items will be donated to local charities.

Everything! Bring your mountain bike or running togs and head off in any direction. Go for a hike. Grab a paddle board and head to Sylvan Lake. Got a dirt bike? Ride it from town to any motorized trailhead…LEGALLY!

Head to Arroyo Gulch Trailhead for multiple variations of the Ranch Lo0ps.

Ride an Eagle standard by climbing Boneyard and descending Will’s Thrill, Redneck Ridge, or Pool and Ice.

Maybe stay away from the Haymaker network this weekend – there’s a big high school race there!

Red Canyon, Yeti’s Grind, Color Coffee

You bet. Red Canyon again. The Eagle Diner. ColoraDOUGH (best donuts on the planet…so good that they run out!) Yeti’s Grind and Color Coffee! Also, don’t miss Inner Light Juice!

Need a breakfast burrito? Head to the drive-thru at the Grand Avenue Grill.

Sooo many options! The Brush Creek Saloon, Second Street Tavern, Slope & Hatch, Twisted Root, Capital Public House, Eagle River Brewing, Social Oak and TONS more. Even Color Coffee has a cool evening scene.

Oh hell yes. Casa Mexico. El Sazon. Slope & Hatch. Gardunos.

And believe it or not, The Back Bowl (the bowling alley). Their Mex cuisine is authentic, unique and delicious.

Wild Sage, Social Oak, Slope & Hatch, Brush Creek Saloon, Moe’s BBQ, Capital Public House, Pickups Pizza, Twisted Root, Pickled Kitchen and Pantry (yummmm), Ristorante ti Amo, Pazzo’s Pizzeria.
